What do you know about corn?

Corn has many health benefits: it’s high in vitamins A, B and E; is rich in minerals like magnesium, zinc and iron; gives an immune system boost; prevents anemia; and works to combat disease-inducing free radicals. That being said, the vegetable also has a dark side, and is a leading cause of obesity in America. Sadly, less than 1% of the 90 million acres produced each year actually goes toward edible sweet corn…
